Are we there yet?

It's been only two months (actually tomorrow makes exactly 2) since I've been back from my quarantine on the Big Island of Hawaii and it certainly feels much, much, much longer than that. Since then, Covid cases have grown exponentially. I went out of the frying pan and into the fire.

I have to admit, being on Oahu has its perks- like cheaper groceries and the fact that everything I need is within a fifteen minute drive or less. But the people, people, people and the cars and trash that line the curbs. This is a far cry from Waikoloa Village with its luxuriously wide roads and lack of humans.

I'm a hypochondriac and a germ-o-phobe (I can't share the same food/straw from my own sisters), and out of an abundance of caution for my family, I've decided against large events in the upcoming fall and winter. Luckily, a few have already been cancelled as well, thus the sparse Events page. I will be posting quite a few of my items in my Etsy Shop. Keep your eyes peeled for any sales and specials!

From the bottom of my heart, I truly hope you stay safe and healthy. To keep a positive head up, I constantly remind myself that this too shall pass.
