Mom and Doula at Prenatal Meeting
The first step in securing doula care is to meet with us and get to know us, ask questions about our experience and services. Doula Consultations are a 30 minute free no-obligation session that is designed to help you find out if we will be the right doulas for you. Heather and Sita attend all consultations together, enabling you to decide who you would like as your primary doula. The other doula on the team becomes the back up doula and would be there only if your birth was extensive in length or the primary doula had a family emergency.
We offer Package options for Doula services, to include additional services such as massage packages if you are interested in prenatal massage throughout the pregnancy. All of our doula services include at least one prenatal massage. We take a limited number of clients per month, to ensure that we will be available for your birth. We block a 4 week window around your birth, where you are guaranteed that we will be available to you whenever you go into labor.
